We are not the iOS app “Sideline: Reddit Game Threads.” That app wraps Reddit. We are Sideline Social, at sidelinesocial.io: our own feed and our own live rooms. If you searched for the Reddit wrapper, this is a different product.
How it's different from Reddit game threads
- Native rooms, not an overlay on reddit.com.
- Score and inning/period/clock sit in the room so you don't alt-tab to a scoreboard.
- Your identity is a sports profile, not a Reddit username in a 10,000-comment thread.
- The feed still works on off days — it's not only gameday.
What we don't claim
We're early. We don't have Reddit's crowd in every market. The bet is a better room, not a bigger internet.
