The service
Sideline Social is a free sports social network at sidelinesocial.io. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for your account and for what you post. Don't share your password.
Your content
You keep ownership of your posts and comments. You give us a licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You must not post content you don't have the right to post.
Acceptable use
Don't harass, impersonate, spam, scrape the service in a way that harms it, or break the law. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
Live games
Scores and live data may be delayed or wrong. Sideline Social is not a betting product; any betting-related UI is informational only.
The service is provided as-is
The product is early. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We can change the product or these terms. We'll update this page when we do. We can suspend or close accounts. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account (jonah@sidelinesocial.io).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies.
